Synature
Synature specializes in bioacoustic technology and AI to improve biodiversity monitoring and aid conservation projects. Our approach, featuring smart microphones and a data analysis platform, offers insights into ecosystem health, aiming to support ESG reporting and data-driven decision making for a nature-positive impact.
Synature develops smart microphones - hardware devices that are setup in nature and can record audio that is sent in near-real-time to the cloud where it is processed and analysed.
The results are displayed on a browser-based dashboard. With that solution we want to make ecosystem monitoring easier, offering a comprehensive approach for continuous data collection that complements other monitoring approaches like eDNA or remote sensing.
Our target industries are conservation, agroforestry and agriculture.
Current startups
Gaia Tech
Gaia Tech extracts useful bio-compounds from agricultural waste and resell them to the cosmetics and food industries, either directly or through ingredient manufacturers and distributors. Gaia employs a scalable technology that has been pioneered in the olive oil industry to produce an antioxidant extract entirely from olive production waste.
Emissium
Emissium is a cleantech company that tracks, benchmarks, monitors and reduces electricity emissions.
Deepeex
Deepeex is the first of next generation geothermal companies to safely and sustainably generate electricity from radiogenic heat, an unlimited source of energy hidden within the Earth’s crust. Our closed-loop system can be installed anywhere, from remote rural communities to high density urban centers.
Databaum
databaum is a SaaS AgriTech startup. It develops AI-based farming technology that combines data from field sensors and weather data. The platform provides disease forecasts, helping farmers secure yields and increase harvest quality.
